How far in advance should I book your photo booth for my event?
We recommend booking as early as possible to secure your preferred date. Popular dates tend to fill up quickly, especially during graduation, summer, and holiday seasons. Reserving in advance ensures availability for your special day.
What is included in your photo booth rental package?

Do you provide an on-site attendant with the photo booth rental?
Yes, our photo booth rental includes an on-site attendant, who is the Owner and Operator of Jollipix, and will set up the booth, assist guests, and ensure everything runs smoothly throughout your event.
Can I customized the photo templates to match the theme of my event?
Absolutely! We offer customization options for photo templates, including themes, colors, and logos. Crystal will work with you to create a design that complements the theme of your event.
Is there an additional fee for travel and setup?
Our pricing typically includes travel and setup within Edmonton and surrounding area. For events outside the Edmonton region, a reasonable travel fee may apply. Contact us for specific details based on your event location.
Are there any restrictions on the duration of the photo booth rental?
Our photo booth packages include a set rental time, but we can discuss extended hours based on your event needs. Additional hours are available for an extra fee.
How quickly can I expect to receive the printed photos on-site?
The Jollipix and Orange Packages features a fast, high-quality printer, ensuring that your prints are ready within 30 seconds. Guests can enjoy their photos immediately, adding a fun and interactive element to your event.
Do you offer digital copies of the photos, and how are they delivered?
Yes, digital copies are included in your package. At the end of the event, a photo CD will be provided with all the digital copies of each photo taken. We also provide an online gallery or a downloadable link where you can access and share the high-resolution images captured during your event. We can also add a custom QR code on the print where your guests can download a copy of their photo booth print in real time. We can also text a copy of the photo booth print for those who wish to receive a digital copy via text. Message and data rates may apply.
